Azza was born in Muscat in 1993. She is currently studying her Master’s in Commercial Law at the Sultan Qaboos University where she also completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Law. She has 2 years of experience with the firm with a focus on litigation as a Trainee lawyer with most of her work being employment, commercial, and civil cases.
Adnan was born in Muscat in 1992 and studied law at Sultan Qaboos University. He has 5 years of experience with the firm within the litigation department where his focus has been in handling Criminal law cases. In addition to his work in the Litigation Department, he assists the Corporate Department when it comes to work such as the registration of commercial agencies and companies.
Born in 1991 in the Sultanate of Oman, he studied law at Sultan Qaboos University. Gabir specialises in Medical Negligence claims in addition to working in Criminal and Civil matters.
Marwa was born in Bahla in 1993. Fluent in Arabic and English, she attained her Bachelor’s degree in law at Sultan Qaboos University and is a Trainee lawyer. Outside of dealing with Administrative, Civil, and Criminal legal matters she is also in an administrative role at the firm.
Roqaya was born in Muscat in 1993. Studied law at Al Buraimi University College. She has 2 years of legal experience with our firm. She is a Primary Court lawyer and her focused areas are Civil and Labour law but she also handles matters to do with Administrative law. Roqaya is fluent in Arabic with a basic level of conversational English.
Tahani was born in Barka in 1995. After studying law at Sultan Qaboos University, she is now studying a Master’s in Commercial Law. She has 2 years of legal experience with 1 and a half years being at our firm. She is a Trainee lawyer with specialisation in Tenancy law but also handles Corporate and Commercial litigation and Civil matters. In addition to her litigation work she has experience in drafting and is fluent in Arabic with a conversational level of English.
Sara was born in Izki, Dakhliya in 1995. Studied law at Sultan Qaboos University. A Trainee lawyer, she has 2 years of experience with the firm with a focus on Criminal law but she handles other areas such as Civil law and Labour law. She is fluent in Arabic and conversational in English.
Nabeel was born in 1974 in Egypt. After studying law at the University of Almansoura he has picked up 19 years of experience in both his country of origin and with our office. Working with the Litigation Department, he specialisies in Criminal law but deals with a variety of other areas such as Civil, Administrative, and Labour law.
Amal was born in Muscat in 1992. After completing her law degree at Sultan Qaboos University, she moved abroad to the United Kingdom to study the Professional Diploma in Professional Skills for International Lawyers at Nottingham Trent University. She has over 3 years of legal experience, with the majority being with our firm and is fluent in both English and Arabic. Whilst being a member of the commercial team she still focuses heavily on litigation including other areas such as criminal, labour, and personal law.
He was born at 1973 in Egypt. He studied law at University of Almansoura, Egypt. He has professional experience of 20 years of litigation before different levels of courts representing different claims including civil, commercial, criminal, administrative and labour issues. He is specialized in complicated commercial cases. He is registered appeal lawyer in the Sultanate of Oman, speaks Arabic and French fluently. He is assisting in the consultancy work and provides verbal and written consultancies and manage the litigation department in Nizwa branch.
She was born in 1984 in the Sultanate of Oman. She studied law at Sultan Qaboos University, Muscat. She has extensive experience in different fields of law, including litigation before different levels of courts concerning variety of Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Administrative and Labour cases in addition to the issues of personal law. In addition to her litigation abilities, she is also skilled in handling different forms of dispute resolution as well as drafting and reviewing legal documents including contracts, agreements, and MoUs.
Khalid was born in Muscat. Following his Bachelor’s degree in law at Sultan Qaboos University, he remained at the university to complete his Master’s degree in Private Law. In addition to his work with the firm, he continues to do research and has released multiple publications. With 3 years of legal experience and being fluent in both Arabic and English, he primarily works with the Litigation Department but assists the Corporate Department with certain matters.
Yiannis was born in Muscat in 1992 and is half Omani and half Greek Cypriot. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wolverhampton and a Master’s Degree in International Business from Queen Mary University in the United Kingdom. Yiannis has 1 and a half years of working legal experience in Oman addition to his international work experiences in the United Kingdom and Thailand. Though he specialises in Corporate law, he also handles legal matters in other areas such as Civil and Commercial law through drafting and reviewing contracts, providing legal advice to clients, and is responsible for marketing for the firm.
Suhair was born in Sudan in 1982. She studied Law at University of Khartoum, Sudan and is currently working on her Master’s with research into Penalties & Liquidated Damages. She has 14 years of experience in advocacy and legal consultancy with a variety of different law firms and private companies. She has also served as a legal adviser at the Ministry of Justice in the Department of Government Contracts. Suhair’s legal career demonstrates her extensive experience in both litigation before different levels of courts concerning a variety of areas of law including a heavy focus in commercial and corporate issues.
Saeed was born in Bahla in 1976. He studied law at Al Buraimi University College in 2017 and has been working for our office since as a Primary Court lawyer with a focus in Administrative and Criminal law. Prior to joining our firm, he worked at the Ministry of Health for 10 years in administration before moving on to the Ministry of Public Relations in 2008 for 9 years. To further add to his varied background and skills he has also been a reporter for Oman TV and Oman Radio since 2005.
Dr. Khalifa was born in 1969 in the Sultanate of Oman. He has higher judiciary specialization from the Sharia Judicial Institute in Oman. He holds a Diploma in Judicial Sciences from the Higher Institute of Legal Sciences in Dubai as well as a Master’s degree in Law from Al Zaytoona University in Tunisia. Furthermore, he has a Ph.D. in Criminal Responsibility of Directors in Limited Liability Companies from the Alhassan Alawal University in Morroco. Dr. Khalifa spent 15 years working in the judiciary as both judge and President of the court in multiple Omani courts and has practised advocacy from 2008 onwards with a specialty in Cassation. He also works in an educational capacity as a lecturer at the University of Nizwa and the High Judiciary Institute. In addition to his work as both lawyer, judge, and lecturer, he has participated in and continues to attend many regional and international legal workshops and conferences.
He was born in 1960 in Egypt and studied law at the University of Alzagazeeg in Egypt. He has extensive legal experience spanning 34 years and specialises in litigation as a lawyer before the Court of Cassation since it was founded in 2008 but also appears before all levels of courts having dealt with a large amount of complex and challenging cases in multiple legal fields such as Criminal, Civil, and Commercial law. Whilst litigation is his forte, he also meets with clients to provide legal advice and his varied skills make him a more than capable head of our office’s Litigation Department.
Born in 1962 in India, he studied law for his undergraduate before doing a post-graduate in Mass Communication and Journalism. Mr. Lal is the head of the firm’s Corporate Department bringing his expansive experience in a variety of legal areas to the table with a focus on Commercial Law. Fluent in both English and Indian as well as having a basic working understanding of Arabic, he has comprehensive knowledge in legal drafting and has contributed greatly to the World Bank’s “Doing Business” series since 2005. Prior to joining Khalifa Al Hinai Advocates & Legal Consultancy, he worked as a legal consultant with other leading Omani law firms during his 25 year stay in Muscat in areas such as Agency law, Company law, Construction law, and Labour law.
